  1. Intellectual Property

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Digital Goods & Custom Services: Because our Resume Packages involve custom professional writing and instant access to digital templates, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or templates have been downloaded, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If our service has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures, we will remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., through resume revisions).

  1. Revisions Policy

  • Timeframes: For custom Resume Packages, you are entitled to a standard round of revisions within 14 days of receiving your first draft.

  • Scope: Revisions are limited to clarifying, updating, or correcting the information originally submitted in your order. Completely changing your career focus or requesting a secondary layout after a draft is complete may incur an extra design fee.

  • Disclaimer: While we use professional standards to optimize your resume and career documents, we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific career placements as a result of using our services.

  • Custom Resume Packages: Turnaround and delivery times for professional writing and drafting services depend entirely on the specific tier or priority delivery option you select during checkout. Standard custom delivery will be fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours from the time you submit all required career history files and information.

  • Review Window: Upon receiving your first custom resume draft via email, you have a 14-day window to review the document and request layout formatting modifications or textual corrections.

  • Scope of Revisions: Standard revisions include adjusting descriptions, correcting formatting errors, or adding minor historical entries that were missed. Revisions must align with the original scope of your order. Completely changing your target industry, career focus, or requesting an entirely different layout after the initial draft is complete may incur an additional service fee.

  • Turnaround: Most minor revisions are processed and redelivered within 24 hours of your written request.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Digital Goods: Because our standalone document templates are delivered instantaneously and cannot be returned, all digital template sales are final and non-refundable once the file download link has been generated.

  • Custom Drafting Services: Once our professional writers have commenced work on your All-in-one Resume Package, cancellations and partial refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the work already completed. Full refunds are not available once the initial draft has been delivered to your inbox.

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you possess under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If our services suffer from a major failure, you are entitled to a full refund under the ACL.
