Worker Mobilisation

We Move Quickly - we directly coordinate travel arrangements to relocate for selected candidates within our talent pool both on and offshore. As we aim for workers to start immediately, we practise swift relocation within 3-5 business days from initial agreement.

Arrange short-term or permanent housing

Prior to our initial contact our team conducts some background work on the regional area in which the worksite is located, we look at current vacancies for suitable workforce accomodation (usually short-term ie 2-4 weeks) this gives time for workers to assimilate into work-life. We can arrange permanent employment for long-term supply arrangement if required.

We help workers with complete housing provisions:

  • Furnishings

  • Bedding

  • Initial bond + rental payments

Daily transportation

Our aim is to ensure dependable, punctual workers. Geographical challenges in regional areas can make it difficult for staff to get to work reliably. We will arrange for transport for all workers supplied (multi-worker camps will require two or more).

This involves:

  • Vehicle sourcing

  • Arranging replacements, repairs & servicing

  • Initial bond + rental payments for vehicle hire
