Workforce Management

We cover all aspects of personnel handling. The key areas we manage:

• Housing & Daily Transportation: If not already provided or available - we acquire, organise, furnish and stock up personnel accomodation in close proximity to the worksite. We also provide daily commute transportation and/or usable vehicles for workers use.

• Time, Attendance & Payroll: Make recording hours more and processing payroll more efficient. We can adopt our employment payroll platform to record, upload, compile and process payroll more effectively and transparently. If requested, we also supply the worksite with clock in - clock out devices such as iPads for a more streamlined time and attendance recording of hours worked.

We also provide payroll services for businesses that are looking to outsource payroll.

• Tax & Superannuation: By outsourcing workers from us, you offload employee tax and super obligations. We are responsible for income tax payments, assistance with annual tax returns and monthly superannuation contributions.

• Health & Medical: In addition to each workers personal medical health cover, we also have in place a corporate health cover to include all workers employed by us while engaging in contracted work as per service agreement.

• Stand By Workers: We can easily replace workers to ensure short-staffing is never an issue. Having a pool of candidates we can quickly and efficiently fill in any unforeseen gaps made due to worker unavailability.

• Training, Licensing & Accreditations: Ensure workers are developing skills in their respective industry we can assist in getting basic licensing and job accreditations such as a driver’s license, forklift license, white card accreditation, first aid accreditation, CPR training etc..

• Community Integration (for rural areas): Ensure our workers are educated on work-life as well as being productive members of their respective communities - we provide avenues such as meetings, toolbox talks and other means of education conducted by organisations such as churches, law enforcement, health workers and social workers. We can also assist personnel with practice positive outlets such as joining church groups, charities, sporting clubs and more. This approach is tailored towards integrating non-residents in rural work areas.
